The Snow is AWESOME

Just wanted to start a new thread,

and to let everyone know out there that the snow in scotland is ace, been up to Cairngorm today, and it was magic, deep powder, very few people there, and the sun shone magnificently at times.

better than a day of study any day of the year.

(bee up since 5.30am though, bit tired now!!)

came back in one piece too, damn good job as i'm off to Barcelona racing at the weekend (just had to get that in too!)

The Snow in Sheffield isnt that impressive but its still there...

...went for a nice run in the Peaks today along Rivelin Valley... No one else had been there- not even Joe Public and his 50,000 dogs...was like i was running on a white blanket!!

So clear, so peaceful...and away from lectures!

Proper Bo snowman building snow in Scotland. Check out the grave yard in Newington which is permantly locked. Completely untouched until i scaled the wall and built the best snowmen ever, and snow angels.

God i love snow.

Yeah ur damn right, loadz of snow... u need to see the cars getting stuck on Conduit Road! - quality - and the sledging on tea trays is occuring later on too!

I heard from some fellow geology friends, that some Pollock kids set about building giant snow balls which they then carefully positioned along the Arthur’s seat road, blocking it. Whilst some cars tried to get round it, one car reportedly drove at the snow balls to try and move them (apparently this car was a wreck anyway), at the same time they were all pelted with snowballs, especially when they got out of the cars to try to unblock the road. Sounds like good work to me!
