This is stupid, surely it shouldn't matter if they are black or not. They shouldn't have to put in black players just to fill a quota. It's just someones opinion of the best players, I don't think you can say they are being racist, it's just coincidence that there's no black players.

I read in the paper today that Upton upon Severn River Rescue did not get a grant from the lottery to replace their 14year old towing Land Rover because they don't rescue enough people from racial minorities or with disabilities - perhaps they should get a task force together to throw a few in so they can raise their rescue quota

When did they do that? Surprises me - it used to be that the FA was generally regarded as one of the last NGBs to copy on virtually anything.

The whole of the Level 2 coaching manual has acknowledgements for the FA. They had to change the nutrition bit though as we need more carbs than lardy fooballers
