I don't know what will give me more pleasure this season - watching united winning the treble (again) or watching the dirty scousers winning bugger all as usual. How the mighty have fallen.
you abviously didnt watch the first half then
exeter weree pish, man utd were pretty bad, but when rooney and ronaldo and scholes are pretty bad they are a lot better than exeter.
but let's all face it, United's star is waning and as much as hate to say it Chelsea are the new dominant force in english (and european) football, irrespective of the fact that its only money thats got them there they still are.
I'm not suprised that we didn't play well last night. Even Ronaldo and Scholes can't compensate for having Quinton Fortune and the Djemba twins playing.
I seem to recall that Chelsea were the new dominant force in English football last season as well. It didn't stop them winning nowt then did it.
Thats cos they had the loveable but fatally incompetant Claudio Ranieri at the helm, now they have the coolest Premiership manager, and also the best, which helps to explain why they are in fact 10 points clear at the top of the premiership and still in 3 cup competitions.
Another thing I notice is how few of these so-called MANCHESTER united fans actually live here. coughgloryhunterscough
It's good to see the old glory supporters comment coming out again - how predictable. I've always found it strange how the majority of people that make that comment are Liverpool or Everton supporters. When you ask them when they started supporting their team, you find that it was when they were kids in the 80's - so who are the real glory supporters?
