I'm controlling Day 6 of next years 6 days & need some help.... it's ages since I've even looked at a junior course & need to find out where to get the break down of Technical Difficulty etc.... any one tell me coz I can't be bothered to go trawling!?

try and keep the courses on the short side for the u14s - they will be tired. And on the long side for us M18s
