I'm controlling Day 6 of next years 6 days & need some help.... it's ages since I've even looked at a junior course & need to find out where to get the break down of Technical Difficulty etc.... any one tell me coz I can't be bothered to go trawling!?

I couldn't find the official tables and stuff though when I was looking for them a fortnight or so ago.

In fact the bits in the tables halfway down are stolen straight from the original sheet of the guidelines, so hopefully it'll help.

try and keep the courses on the short side for the u14s - they will be tired. And on the long side for us M18s
