...posting me no fewer than 11 places higher than Jamie Stevenson. Result!
But seriously, how come he got less points for winning a gold medal at WOC than Godders got for winning the Scottish Night Champs this weekend? I'm confuddled...

Intellectual thought for the day
WOC probably doesn't count for the British ranking scheme, go to the BOF web and have a look I can't be asked right now

peter>>> WOC races do count
pinches>>> as we all know there is a formula for calculating the ranking poitns, no one knows what it is except the ranking troll, but as no one cares about that rankings its not that important that they dont work.
i think the basis for the rankings is somthing to do with average time, and how much you are above or below, and somthing to do twith standard of event with regards to everyone elses ranking points. So at WOC jamie won, so he gets loads, he beat nick who has high rankings, so gets loads, but its a sprint race, you cant win by ltos of time so its difficults to get loads and loads and loads of points.
Godders might not of beat anyone good at the twinto tin, oh hang on, i have just got further down the results and found rocky, oh, big musgrave aswell. So he did beat good people with high scores, and as it was night he could beat em by loads of time, which means he gets lots n lots points and oh my god what was scotia doing?
The formula can only see that Godders beat good people by a long time, he couldnt see that it was at some pish event with no start lists unlike WOC, which had loads of start lists. mind you WOC also had a guy running in a pink elephant t-shirt.....
I think i must also big up Ken Wickham, M60 of Southdowns, has a full set of M21L scores and manages to rack up 464 points. inlcuding a 0!!!!!!!!!!
