1) Just cos i post an a mean average of 12 posts a days doesn't neccessarily mean i'm stuck to my computer 24/7. Enghraifft er:
The time is now... 9:16 pm. check on the server or else where for proof i have not been to this site at all today up until now
2) u don't need to train to get into the welsh squad
3) What is enthusiastically wrong with posting said posts in said days?
4) A large proportion of said posts were one word/sentence type 'general conversation' posts, which could be posted using other forms of communication. However on this forum the majority do not want to participate in expressing their feeling e.t.c. by using alternative forms of communication. 'general conversation' posts could, therefore be described as a waste of forum space??? (being a proposer to the idea that such posts should be carried out away from the forum i can hereby no longer be blamed for such activity)
5) (Plausible) excuss for the training:

1. whats with these lists? it freaks me out
2. surely if u were interested in being in the welsh squad, saying publicly that uu dont have to train to get in is not in your best interests

but traditionally in english literature if you're quoting 2 or more lines then you would use he quote box thing. it's also easier to use it when the occasion allows e.g. at the beginning of a post. When referring to something in the middle of a post it is visually and gramattically better to use quotation marks; using a quote box in the middle of a sentence looks bad (i think)
