for those that didnt see it or wernt there, check out this link, its video footage of the little tornado that came thru the event centre!!!!! seems to take a while to load but funny as nope

Strictly speaking it is a "dust devil" not a tornado - it is a whirlwind caused by rapid heating of the ground - the tents and open ground in the sun became warm quickly - in a fairly cool air-mass. You often get them in cornfields in the UK during harvest - making a mess of the hay.

Tornados come from the cloud towards the ground. Even a very minor tornado would have completely leveled the campsite - not funny at all.
