don't forget to include at least one control hanging from a pylon - good views and added thrills when you reach it

a few colleagues are doing tough guy. We're currently taking bets on who will cry first and the most likely to die. I'll be doing fell running and Orienteering instead as even the latter isn't £80 or whatever it costs to enter.
oh, and the summer ToughGuy is run through nettles - so get a poor area and a 'poor' planner, charge £80 and watch your bank balance rocket!
