Load of bollox! Real subliminal O skills come after a looooooong time spent in the forest, nit listening to a crap sound track - I should know as I've listened to crap sound tracks most of my life and they haven't helped my o-ing ever, just annoyingly come into my head during races when I want to focus on O-ing.
