no.. go ahead, it was over 20 years ago ! I used to borrow his bass guitar back then, when he played bass not guitar, in a band called "Deadline", (or Deadloss as they were known to our band). They used to play cover versions of "Keep on Running" and "99 Red Balloons"
aye, always was all mouth and no trousers, and from an interview with Paul Weller that I read, seems he's changed for the worse now he's made it..and he's still a whining brummie
OCS - Only listened to by the Kangol hat wearing generation of ageing mid twenties types who still think Oasis are vitally important and that twat from Blur should catch AIDs. Anything endorsed by these morons is automatically filed under "something unspeakable on a family forum."
Shed Seven...I'm torn. I have been known to gladly sing along to a few tracks off Maximum High. But again, mostly when drunk. They flip the nostalgia switch but you know...they're not breaking any records are they?
ha, i'll go with both for the nostalgic reasons, both have a few decent tracks but i havent actively listened to either for years and years but i gotta go with ocs as they were the first band i ever saw live. and they were pretty good too.
maybe I need to check out Shed Seven. (Never actually bought an OCS album after hearing one in the hairdressers once). BUT I have to say the last time I bought CD recommended by a Nopesport poster I didn't enjoy it - Jeff Buckly "Grace" - it might have been you who recommedend it Becks
brooner im shocked disgusted and hurt. a few decent tunes? like what? they have one semi reasonable one which is robin hood. and they got everyone at the gig i went to who crowdsurfed chucked out. including me. wankers
whereas the shed caused a stir by chucking a drumkit out of a van on a motorway at 80mph. rock n roll
