Beating a train from Manc to London in a car: Easy cos the train WILL be late :shock:

Proper challenges: Cuillin Ridge is next on my list - but not going for a record - just to do it in a day. There's some hardcore runs in that list like 4000's by foot alone. Harder than Ramsay's round?

Kitch: Too afraid of the competition on M40L? :shock:

The ones going to london have always been alright for me, its the ones coming back to manc that are the problem, they are always at least half n hour late when i'm on them :(

The lift in the arts tower is a patanosta lift the compartments don't stop moving you just jump in and out of them.

Lifts that stop everywhere

Lifts in buildings in Israel or other buildings catering for religiously observant Jews do stop at every floor, but only on Shabbat / the Sabbath (Friday evening to Saturday evening). It's something to do with avoiding work involving fire - and the sparks associated with electrcity are considered "fire". Not sure about the physics there!

Actually, ive frequently wondered wether it wqas faster getting the luas into the city centre or just running along the tracks...

But the Luas is so "quiet" you wouldn't hear it coming up behind you.
