If we both finish in the same positions in the groups (1st/2nd) then no we can't meet until the finals. If one is 1st and the other 2nd we'll meet in the quaters. This wallchart up at work is handy.

But if we don't finish top of our group then they might as well just go home anyway because they would have failed. Same with Portugal, and then someone like Argentina will beat them at some point. I wouldn't worry, especially as we were stronger than them at Euro2004, they just had a 12th player called Urs Meier, death threats against whom appear to have ended his career.

I found that video a few weeks ago. He is amazing, and considering the fact that they are his brand new boots never been worn before and he can ping it to himself off the cross-bar, 3 times in a row? he deserves his title of world's best player I think although the Champions League final he was shocking, still made plenty of decent passes cutting up Arsenal's defence but maybe thats not considered difficult anymore

I'm talking bollocks again. If we win the group the likely path to the final would be:

Poland-->Portugal/(Argentina/Holland)-->Brazil-->France/(Holland/Argentina)- the one we didn't play in the quaters

If we come second the likely path would be:

Germany-->Argentina/Holland-->Italy/France-->Brazil

So we could meet Portugal if we both win our groups but the likelyhood is we'll face either Holland or the argies in the quarters.

Its not fake! yes its part of a nike advert, but he really is that good. The ball juggling part isnt hard, but hitting the crossbar 3 times in a row at all is hard, let alone hitting it back to yourself. He is awesome, but no match for Crouchy obviously.

My prediction is the following for our route to the final: Poland, Holland, Brazil, and finally beat the Argies on penalties in the final.
