(girlie) shoe advice required

OUOC not wearing black tie? How hard can it be to put a pair of trousers and a jacket in a bag?

Looks like JOK will need to bring out their full range of punishment forfeits for any offenders - we'll see how 'smart but casual' you look after a few of those!

Ok, so are people buying alcohol duty free then? I know there was something in the details about swedish prices, but I couldn't get past the swedish information on the website

Also (warning andother girlie question) - is anyone taking a hairdryer, and I guess adaptor? I'd put mine in but i don't have an adaptor and if the plans of ice climbing come off my bag is going to be waaaayyyyy to heavy anyway!

Well if the rich folks of JOK pay our extra baggage costs we could mabee manage to be more smart! I'm not taking a hairdryer as turn my hair into an afro but I guess someone will have an adapter, might send an email round our maillist to check as we'll need power for music in the hut, doubt timmeos uber doober will last on batteries all week.

And yeah, our plan was to buy spirits in duty free, tho will probs get a bottle of wine for the meal from sainsburys, can't imagine it being much cheeper in duty free. I also checked the limits, you can take 1L spirits or 2L wine or up to 1700SEK worth of beer in if you're over 20. Not sure if a litre of vodka will keep Miss 'mixers are for loosers' going for a week tho!

Hee hee! Mixers for losers! The penny only just dropped on the walk to the social and my little pink shoes are no way standing up to that. But my nice boots are in Yorkshire. Oops. Think I might be changing in the loos. A km?! Who do they think we are?
