Between controls 10 and 11 at Thetford Thrash day 1, running well and spied control, accelerated towards it. Left foot lands on fallen branch, raising the right hand end of it, which I then catch my right foot on, and go flying. Right hand slides on impact with ground and therefore I land with left fist squashed against rib and HRM transmitter. Ouch. Still managed a silver time thou.

I don't know. I would hardly say the niceness was like an addiction, but I think I was generally being far too nice. I know this can't be good for you, so I am determined to stop....
