Whats an artic monkey? The closest thing ive come across is the fabled 'sex monkey', monkeys that do it for hours at a time. Its really all they do, when they're not eating. The was a documentry on them, there was these two pretty much attached to each other for 3 hours. When they seperated, there was a little baby monkey clinging to its mum, that had been stuck in there THE WHOLE TIME! Imagine the trauma!
This came up in an interesting, drunken conversation about 'which animal would you like to be?'

Separated, we fall one by one; united, we fall all at once.

They're not bad, some of the lyrics are good and the guy's accent adds to it, but I'd have to see them live to know whether they really convince me or not.
Saw Mattafix last night and they were absolutely awesome, if Artic Monkeys come close to that I'll be well impressed!

Rob u obviously havent heard their actual album, the production is amazing, Alex and the rest have really gone out on it, n have too say they've come along way from being the little nerds they were playing at da Boardwalk n Grapes.
Live?....having seen them too many times, they are well worth paying for,... if u can get a ticket! Leadmill sold out in 5 mins!
Come on Alex love too see u go all the way mate...

the production is a bit polished. its not that bad, i dont think it spoils it, but it could possibly do with a bit more edge. but then lots of people start out with that mistake. look at how the manics allowed generation terrorists and gold against the soul be butchered by production.
i like the way the album sounds though, its a good album. going to see them next weekend

Girls Aloud
Did you hear them do the cover of Love Machine by Girls Aloud on the Jo Whiley Show BBC Radio1?
Wow! It was amazing, and I'm trying to find a download for it right now.
