why is everybody invading the lower classes this year...
I've not been to Brown Ring Hill or whatever it's called... is it crap ?
I can already see my name heading south on the results sheets and i'm not even there yet...

maybe it's the "Hill" thing in the name putting me off...
Brown Clee Rise might have sounded less severe
and Cannock Saunter sounds more my scene too

ya bunch of big jessies! even I am running long and M40L is longer than M21S.
As for my final position it's likely to be so far down it the list it'll be in M50S

not strictly true, as if you look at the start lit i'm running elite on the first day. so i'm actually the biggest jessie as i'll be running even shorter on day 1!
The reward of a thing well done is to have done it.

Just seen the course lengths for M40L and wish I was running short (Noping Nopesport poll - whose idea was that
)
Suddenly twigged that the length (9.3km and climb +300m) must mean that some people run v fast to finish in the recommended times. Better get fit, quick!
300m climb!! - you can do less than that all season in East Anglia.

ben, i have no idea how much it cost, i entered originally, then asked if i could just change my first day run as i fancied an even shorter run - i've just sorted out that i'm only doing the short leg on the relay as well
