Lietuva beats England and adds to Global warming

Those of you that have visited Vilnius will be pleased to know that as from Jan 1st smoking has been banned in pubs & restaurants. This has resulted in a record breaking January as temperature rise above the previous high of +4... today is +5 :)

This increase in temperature is a result of all the millions of Lithuanian smokers having to stand outside to light up & therefore increasing the air temperature :)
Go orienteering in Lithuania......... best in the world:)

Watching Channel 4 news last night I was amused by the comment in relation to the closure of the Russian oil pipeline:
Its not such a crisis as we are having such a mild winter, due to global warming we don't need to burn so much oil.
