Does anyone know how many days count at the Lakes in August?
With the Tuesday and Thursday being rest days, I was considering working midweek and just going to the 4 days.
Also, any suggestions for campsites further north near shap for the first two days?

Did you know they have removed the word 'Gullible' from the latest edition of the Oxford English Dictionary.
