Capture Cars

I note today that our local carpark is now home to a 'Capture Car'. We passed the next part of our morning coming up with suggestions as to what might befall the thief who tried to steal the capture car until the arrival of the police.
S/he might be subjected to a very, very unpleasant smell. Opera music might be played at 'boom boom' level in the car, or possibly the Crazy Frog theme?

Ideas people?

Maybe the "Capture Car" is a "Transformer".

Plus, I think you may be pleasantly surprised when my transformer idea turns out to be correct.
