Are regular vests ok?
are regular vests under the o-suit ok for running in? and is his regular sleeveless cotton suitable or are others available?

I'd recommend a technical synthetic T-shirt rather than a vest - or if it's cold a long sleeve base layer. Of course if it's cold enough to want a bit of extra warmth, a Merino wool top by Howies for instance beats synthetics hands down for comfort.

Still haven't got a 'proper' o top yet. Will be getting an AIRE one I think though. Not a Leeds Uni one (too late, plus isn't there a pink stripe due to misordering on the part of Supersaint?).
