living with my good self and miss carlyle (and brooner brown half the time).

£280 per month cover rent, gas, electric, 2mb broadband, phone line rental. extra payment only required for phone calls made and council tax if applicable. (will be about £40 each, but hasnt been finalised yet, council are very slow)

temporary or permanent.

So Council Tax is 3 x £4 = £120 which I guess is a reduced (much) rate.... what a rip off.... mine is £8 a month.... nah, nah, nah
