had it all under control Liam!!

I lost 5 mins on number 6, got the route choice spot on, but took the wrong path off the main track, took one too early!!

but then worked really hard on the long leg to try and catch Steve Hale.

had no idea who else was at the event, otherwise i'd have stuck around (to gloat (no not really!)!)

Makes depressing reading doesn't it - losing over 20 seconds on the last leg . All went to pot in the second half. Looks like as long as there's no nasty rooty singletrack or legs which straddle 2 sides of a map I'll probably be OK.
