It is interesting but less likely to be an issue here as the NHS is free to everyone despite some companies offering private health insurance as a perk of the job.

In America is it compulsary for employers to provide health insurance? or do most do it as otherwise their employees cannot afford it?

I went into a Weatherspoons pub minutes after it opened with a couple of friends for breakfast, and even thought there was noone there it still stank of fags gonna take a while for the smoking ban there to stop the place from recking like a dead corpse...
