Oh that's a shame - i switched on and they were looking around the same French housing estate featured last time so I thought it was a repeat and was forced to watch a documentary about a woman who lost 22 stone in weight and was left with so much spare skin she was able to make a set of matching suitcases (or something similar - I had to look away at that point)

To match her...self.
Interesting new accessory...don't feel many will jump on the bandwagon!
About the Free Running, a few mates came across the guys when the were jumping the Derry walls, they didn't have a clue what was happening 'til they caught the programme last night.
I want to walk up the side of the mountain, I want to walk down the other side of the mountain. I want to swim in the river, lie in the sun. I want to try being nice to everyone.

I thought this was a much better programme than the first one, without the boring - talking to /negotiating the venues stuff but with more on moves and techniques.
I thought - hey you could use this stuff in orienteering, if it were a sprint race, in a city, or a park........
Parcourienteering !
I was eying up some benchs on the Meadows yesterday for a bit of vaulting.

hehehe i tried free running last summer and i have to say its an awesome sport/art
All i can say is ensure you are fully aware of the heatlth hazards... i think i still have a fractured sternum. (Avoid the big pole outside the Waterfront in Belfast, you can identify it by the human bodied shape of the pole) Dangerous indeed.
