I think you are correct. If you look at the routegadget link above, the car is the X on the map (control 13 on Course 14 for example) for the SOL at Loch Vaa in 2008.

Unfortuantely the Clyde picture archive on the web doesnt go back that far - there was a picture of the control on our old site which would have confirmed it!

continuing the theme, where was the "cow" picture taken? My landlady thought she had seen a bothy with cows around it in that fashion at Stoer?
