i went off beards at about 3pm this afternoon, and I'm now all in favour of silly looking mustaches instead

On the basis that the poll is currently tied 18-all, moustaches sound like a reasonable compromise. I shall purchase some wax at once.

No, the only bloke who ever looked good in a moustache was Clark Gable. Otherwise you look like a Village people reject, deeply creepy or both.
