some good photos there Rookie. It was good to see the UWOC people out there. What did you get up to in Kanaus then?
I have to say the middle run in (final and qualifier) was certainly not flat, many of the athletes will testify to that, but it looks it in this photo http://www.flickr.com/photos/14899025@N00/188301445/.

yeah - definitely a hilly run in but taking photos looking down lessens the effect.
IT WAS A BIG HILL for those who weren't there.

We just had a few days looking round Kaunas, not much there really and everything is shut in Lithuania on Monday nights . Still had a good time though.
