Estonia to Hungary

Any of you well travelled orienteers got any bright ideas on best way/airline to get from Tallin to Budapest? Trying not to comeback to Luton/Stansted and leave from Gatwick/LHR but time will be tight to make WMOC sprint qualifier.

Best way.... get a bus from Tallinnas to Rigas.... eurolines.ee or ecolines.ee and then get an airbaltic.com flight to Budapest.... alternatively go all the way by bus... it's not so bad

Looking at Skyscanner - AirBaltic is definitely the way to go . flights from Tallin change at Riga should take about 5 hours and cost around £ 70.

Yes Mrs H, I think that's right from what I've found. I got 91 Euros for Airbaltic so looks good option. I should have plenty of time to get back to UK after WMOC so can perhaps try Gross's coach trip then

Bad move..... Odds are you'll find the Tallin to Riga section of your flight cancelled Air Baltic are well known for this.... that's why I suggested the bus to Riga...

they probably only cancel it when you're on the flight Gordon anyway - they'll have a lot of irate Estonian orienteers on their hands if they do.
