I've foolishly agreed to run in the FRA relays this weekend ("oh, you can do the navigation leg, can't you"), and I'd like to compound this silliness by running at Wharnecliffe on the Sunday. Is there anyone on here from Sheffield who'd be willing to spare me a bed/bit of floor on Saturday night (or point me in the direction of someone who can), and get me to the race on Sunday.
Many thanks,
Patrick (email pawalder#yahoo.com [replace # with @])

You'd have been very welcome to come and stay at my *new house* but unfortunately I only get the keys on Friday afternoon so by Saturday evening it is likely to be a mess of half unpacked boxes.
And anyway, DPFR didn't want me to run for them at the FRA, so I won't be there.
And I'll be far too busy painting ceilings to go to Wharncliffe on Sunday.
I've not been very helpful, really, have I?

You know what, just the other day I was wondering whatever happened to the hippo soap dish. And some other stuff that might be lurking in Simpson Towers...
...but this isn't helping Paddy, is it. Come on people, sort the man out.

FRA ralays
Anyone heading down to the FRA relays from the edinburgh area/s. scotland on the Friday?
Would it be possible to join you? I would help to pay for petrol.
While I am talking about lifts, anyone heading back up to Scotland after the Warncliffe woods event that I could get a lift with?
many thank you for any help.
