If you're in London and not tied up at work do come along. If you want to help out, let me know. :)

Good luck, hope it's not too wet and you get some punters.

Just slightly worried that if Adrian gets over excited he may come flying off the plinth  .
Safety Harness and bungee cord perhaps?

But good luck I'll be thinking of you while I'm in another meeting at work.

Adrian - I was hoping Lester and I could drop by and give you a cheer but we have to be seated at The Globe by 2pm which is probably going to cut it too fine - so i hope it is a nice dry day for all of us - no doubt see you in Paternoster Square on saturday!

You should try to pop by at the start Mrs H - should only take you ~30-40 minutes to walk to the Globe from there.

And now a preview of the plinth map and one of the courses. Sadly this course will not be available to the general public.

That's a lot nicer than my map of the plinth :!: Those of you who are racing tomorrow will have to be aware of the fact that my course is at a 90-degree angle to yours. :D

Andy, a bungee cord would be great. As it is, I may end up crawling round my course on my hands and knees!

Thanks again, Simon, Helen, and everyone else who's put this together. I'm just the stooge! (I was going to say "fall guy"...)

Time for bed...

Just seen some footage of orienteers getting ready on the live stream. Looks like a nice sunny day in plinth land.

What was the height climb on the Plinth-O and surely the control descriptions are wrong?

Adrian seems to be getting a bit lost on his current course. We've all been there!.
