The video maker is from the Czech Republic, so that would be my guess (although the opening sequence looks remarkably like Thetford Chase).

Re: Where was this filmed?
Great stuff. I think you can work out where it is filmed if you watch carefully where it zooms into on the planet earth right at the start....
The map segment at about 2:05 is from Jukola 2006, as it mentions in the credits. And I was sad enough to get out my copy of that map and find the bit they show. In fact I ran across that very bit whilst on a training run at the Nordics just this year. There are still trestles made out of logs at all those controls, three years on. Nice forest. Didn't see any crazy kidz jumping off cliffs though.

Not sure it was Jukola... Finland don't have waterfalls on it's Lakes nor do they have wooden walkways through the forests......... still go with Croatia, just looks like a place I've been there
Any more theories? For sure don't think it was filmed entirely in Finland... although a segment may have been looking at the ground vegitation in parts. Kids jumping cliffs is a very Czech thing, I remember being at a Prague 3 Days a few years ago and watching these M10 / 12 jumping directly off 10m high cliffs.... in GB there'd be lots of warning tapes

The main sequence (the kids jumping around) is a heavily edited version of the "Join O-Sports" video. The website for that video (here) mentions:
* Croatia (Plitvice Lakes)
* Bosnia (Bihac)
* Germany (Bavarian Forest)
Stop talking, start running.
