JWOC starts tomorrow

The 2008 Junior World Orienteering Championships kicks off tomorrow in Gothenburg, Sweden.

All of the 37 teams have now arrived in the host city, representing Great Britain are:

Is anyone getting live results? My computer has been playing silly beggars for weeks now so not sure whether it's them or me!

Got the commentary though and it's all in English, so that's not too bad. Got to go away soon though so keep me updated with anything interesting!

Yup, rubbish. Doug and Hector are about equal in around 10th and 11th at the moment, but haven't heard anything about the girls. A lot more finishers still to come.

They are trying to get the online results working, so to do that they needed to turn off the computer supplying the commentary.

I think Doug was the best last timeI heard, but I think he was almost 2 mins down.

This is rubbish, dreadful commentary, constantly - someone must be finishing every 30 seconds out there but they only announce the leaders (which considering the online results aren't working is hardly enough) and Scandies between Keane and Natasha sodding Bedingfield. Off to the microscope room with me I think!
