Wishing much success to all the GB junior men and women competing in Sweden in JWOC.

I am sure that they will enjoy themselves as much as all the juniors in competition this weekend at the JIRC's on the moors and forests of north east England. Good luck young athletes where ever you may race over the next week.

Here here. Of course in the Jircs one has to be partisan. Although my team probably will not win I'd like to see a change in top three.

Our 'secret' meal is fish and chips in York on Friday to make them go faster

Secret fish and chips certainly worked for Yorkshire back in the East Midlands that time! Won us a few sprint finishes the day after! I'm obviously hoping for a repeat of the last few years JIRCs wise, but I also have a really good feeling about the guys going out to JWOC this time. Oooh argh GBR, go go go!
