Not that I'd want to influence Roger's NUL calculations but looking through the JK Sprint results it strikes me that the published course lengths don't necessarily represent the relative actual (minimum) running distance of the various courses.
IIRC course length in non-urban races is the theoretical minimum distance runnable - so maybe course lengths in urban races should be calculated the same way? (tho obv, the straight lines between controls on the map would have to stay)
