We couldn't work out a foolproof way of ensuring that runners had the correct control descriptions for their gaffle without publicly advertising who was running which gaffle - which would surely have removed part of the point. Anyone have any suggestions?
Usually, gaffles will alternate between starters, so you can't follow those starting "next" to you. If so, you can figure out who you're gaffled with anyway.
