EDS this weekend!

Hey up everyone. The weather's looking good for the Lakes tomorrow and the first official EDS training session. Just a quick message to let you know there's a small number of maps remaining for Bigland tomorrow morning at £2 a head, and many more maps of Summerhouse Knott for the afternoon (as I am a retard) also at £2 a head, so if you're in the area or fancy a trip to the Lakes on a whim then e mail me before 5pm at becky.carlyle@gmail.com, or call me on 07917 130788 and I'll give you the details on how to find us.

Also we're going to try and set off at 4 minute intervals (organisers willing) at the Badge at Ainsdale on Sunday, so if you'd like to be included in this find me before 10.30 on the day and we'll slot you in.

How did the first training weekend go then?

You should come to the next one SJ, it was great! Really nice, tough areas, good training and a fun race on the sand dunes.

yeah I'll keep an ear out for details as I'd like to give it a go...I did the SLOW trail challenge at the weekend instead - great event too!
