Anyone know if any part of Newborough Warren is useable for some informal training, and if so who the contacts might be for maps/permissions?

Yep, access is an ongoing problem at Newborough but it is possible to train there, the Welsh squad had a training weekend a couple of months back. I suggest you contact someone from Eryri - I'll PM you addresses etc. :)
