it appears to be a one off sprint race as part of the WC series.

Thanks SIman. The start lists seem to suggest that three competitors go on the same minute? No suggestion of live feed though, that's a pity.

its nice to know how mant qualifiers there are from each heat.
I can't find an explicit statement in any of the bulletins, but

in B4 the A-final details that there will be runners 1 - 51 so 17 to qualify from each of the 3 heats.
