TUE's (therapeutic Use Exemption)

Does anybody know where (or to whom) TUE forms should be sent?

Background for anybody who's not sure what a TUE is:
The TUE application process gives athletes a means of attaining approval to use a prescribed Prohibited Substance or Method for the treatment of a legitimate medical condition.

All the forms state they should be sent to your national governing body. I assume this is BOF. Does anybody have any experience of this?

Excellent! Thanks for the quick response.
So once forms are completed by the competitor and their Doctor, then they should be forwarded to the National Office who will then forward it to IOF for review.

I have submitted one in the past. I think it is stamped by bof and you either get a copy or the original back with the stamp on it.

I sent one in last year-it only took a week or so before i heard that it had been approved, but the proof letter took about 3months to arrive.
