JOK Chasing Sprint
Super days racing at Banstead Heath. Loads of complex areas ready to catch you unawares after charging across open grassland. Planning was very good - Nick Barrable- although felt the Chase was technically easier. Why then did I make a right hash up of it, after a good Prologue?!

really enjoyed it too despite feeling like i was going backwards during the chase, shame it was slightly overplanned on the open courses as not many got anywhere close to the estimated times - obviously can't run quite as quick as nick's intended 4min/kms
report & photos coming soon.

That was my first JOK Chasing Sprint and I loved it. I can't confess to having done too much actual orienteering in the Chase - I was concentrating more on trying to work my way up the train for 4km!
Cheers Nick, that was great.
