A bit of a strange question
But does anyone (maybe who's lived here recently?!) know who good physios are in Cambridge.
Cheers

Hey Fish,
Yep I used to go to a chiro on hills road -on the right as you go into town and about in line with the end of Norwich St and Bateman Street. I used to see a girl there called Becca I think? Anyway she was good chiro -there was a sports physio round the back too -never went there though (it seems to be difficult finding physios who don't suggest insoles and gait analysis, when all you want is a bit of poking and pain!)
Good luck mate...

oh yes just remembered.
I went to addenbrookes a couple of times to the Sports Injury Clinic. Think its only open in term times from what i recall. Think you just turn up and wait to be seen -seemed to be well setup for sports injurys though.

When I lived there I saw quite a good sports injury guy in Cottenham. I think it was called the fitness and sports injury centre and it was on the high street.
I also saw an excellent NHS physio after being referred by by doctor. It only took a couple of weeks to get an appointment. It was at a medical centre somewhere in chesterton.

addies is free, but it has to be a recent injury ie occured within the last 2 days for them to see you... they are usually very good there.
the one neil is talking about is at beechwood medical practice. i used to go there too. There are 2 osteopaths/chiropractors operate in the practice building (i saw a guy called mojo rathbone who was very good and also saw becca once too) and the sports injury clinic is round the back. Its about half way between parkers piece and the station...
