Peter said that the British had been moved from May Day to a later date to accommodate the World Cup. David said that the British had been moved from the May Day so that SEOA could host the event that weekend, and that SWOA had picked up the baton.
Um, where's the discrepancy?

Mid-2002 (see David's posting) gives a lead-in time of 3 years and was just under 2 years ago.
If BOF Council are going to make a decision in May, that means whoever is elected into the councillor places at the AGM the weekend after next can be involved in that decision.......
