The BOF fee that is quoted on everybody's renewal form has a 'club' component. Each club has different fees, so it is impossible to say what your particular fee will be unless you name your club.
Best that you go through your local club.... the membership secretary will know what you need to pay.

RJ 's opinion seems to provide an excuse for BOF office not being able to advise on membership fees. There is no excuse. If you want to join BOF then the office should be able to offer the correct advice... only real excuse would be if it was after hours and it was the office cleaner who answered the phone
