Improvements on BOF Web site

I don't think it is just me . But recently the through put of information on the news page seems to have inproved tremendously. Things don't seem to be last minute any more, plenty of notice where necessary plus upto date with pertinent news.
Diets and fitness are no good if you can't read the map.
