FRA Relays
This weekend was the Fell Running Relay champs and Dark Peak won for the 2nd year in a row, with a few orienteers in the mix. Rob Little had a blinder to pull the team up from 6th place into the lead on 2nd leg, and Oli Johnson and Andy Middleditch maintained the position on the 3rd leg (navigation). Good to see that us lot can show how it's done properly, well done guys.
The reward of a thing well done is to have done it.

and of course you got a run in, encouraging the troops round the terrain.
prob what spurred them on to such good results.
