I think with a little bit of practice you could punsh as quickly as the other systems. Getting a good contact is not realy any harder than getting your SI Card in the hole, or wrapping your wrist around the wrong way...

Amazingly I didn't miss much last Monday as both my lecturers were unfortunately suffering from flu. I was obviously delighted that they'd recovered sufficiently to make it in for Tuesday, and they definitely hadn't been sacking it off in the Lake District with the rest of us...

Pretending to have been at lectures is fraud... it's your loss, not the uni's, and throwing someone out seems a bit harsh.
anyway, I thought all the uni's were majorly in debt, so how could they afford to buy unnecessary equipment such surveillance cameras? - you wouldn't need the SI then anyway!
the phrase that comes to mind is "going to extremes"...
