So [Nope] Cartel have gone for censorship. The WR topic is now locked! The wedge has been set on the forum.
Now the question is..... when will it be used again.... what are the ground rules.... who has to be upset sufficiently to lodge the wedge in place again!
Nope, sorry, bad move. Get rid of the wedge and allow free speech.
Locked out!

Disagree - Rocky was absolutely right (IMO). If anything I wish he'd locked it earlier.
And it's been used before.
As for when - it's a matter of judgement for the moderators: "Generally moderators are there to prevent people going off-topic or posting abusive or offensive material" The thread was pretty much satisfying all those criteria.

Partially agree, but I doubt there are any more lessons for any of us to learn from the debate. Hopefully there will be some changes next year.
And the tone of some contributions has been appalling and never ending, and best stopped.
Probably time to focus on the next event! Can't wait to see those Gormley figures in the sea at Crosby.
And good luck to the Aire team at Sandhurst. You can do it again!
