I would head up to the West [just slightly noth of] towards the top of the marked dithch in the re-entrant. This could be indistinct, but I am aiming to go just to the west of the line of crags above the ditch end.
From above these crags proceed on a raising traverse towards the next re-entrant, aiming to cross it just above all of the scree and rock debris.
I then contour around to just above the open rocky area by the third re-entrant, and proceed around the top of this until I encounter the other open rocky area ahead of me, with the small cliff just to my right.
From this attack point I head on an accurate bearing north of NE, to the crag with two huge boulders below it. I am now at the edge of the controll circle, and have but to head a short Way NE to the controll.

i presume you mean just north of EAST....
well done getting to warwick though.. maybe they'll teach compass directions there!
Pictures are better than words because sometimes words are big and hard to understand.
