Just wondering if I could be placed into the Le Tour Results as well ? Would be intresting to see if James will still win there as well ! Or are these points also fixed !
By the way it was a great week of racing !

I've done the math. In the GC Martin you would have been 2nd on 5494 (5400+94) James would have only lost 6 points from the original results.
Points
2nd again on 195, Ian would drop points and so be 3rd. James wins with 239.
King of the Mountains
Sorry 2nd again, but much closer. 1st James 320, 2nd Martin 318.

Never mind all these complicated points calculations - how about just summing the run-in splits for all the 6 days...?
James Hargreaves 17+25+12+17+41+34 = 146 secs
Ian Hargreaves 17+30+12+17+45+40 = 161 secs
Martin Terry 20+31+12+17+46+36 = 162 secs
Andy Powell 17+29+14+19+51+42 = 172 secs
and then including an M35L:
Martin Ward 17+24+12+16+40+37 = 146 secs
If only I hadn't fallen in the brambles on the Day 6 run-in.

greame, how come you took over a minute longer than everyone else on the run in on day 3?

I thought I'd broken an arm a little bit. St John's thought so to, but the hospital said since the treatment for a bad sprain or minor break is the same: compression bandage, ice, rest and elevation its not worth X-raying to find out. (They were pretty busy that week!). Two days later - its surprising how fast you can go with lots of brufen and one arm dangling.
