The forum is for anyone associated with Orienteering.

Why should anyone be prepared to be flamed?
It is possible to disagree with someone without flaming them.

Without doubt some people speak through an orifice that most of us use for other purposes. Many speak without engaging their brain, I’ve often spoken with others where the lights are on but no one appears to be at home. BUT is it really necessary to be abusive to them, they really need care and attention and effort to re-integrate them in to the civilised circle of orienteering with encouragement and persuasion.

If we are unsuccessful in this we can then name and shame

I'm assuming Mrs H is in voluntary silence. Perhaps she has found better ways to use her talents.
